The Last exhibition at The Wunderkammer Paris

The Wunderkammer in Paris closes August first this year to re-open in Brussels. At the end of June the owner Alec de Lussanet invited me put on a final show. We agreed to exhibit the recently completed large format "The Flood Foretold" and the model I built. But for the rest, I would need to create a new series in one month. For sometime I had been thinking about how the transparent glass photographs could open the image via windows and doors onto other spaces and times. I set to work and the night before the exhibition had finished a new series of 15 "glass darklies", called, "Les Ailleurs". "The Elsewheres".
